You must read and acknowledge this Risk Disclosure before accessing the Dashboard. This document describes risks related to the Aarc Platform technology and infrastructure. This is NOT a comprehensive description of all risks associated with investing in iBTCY or BTCY.
Investment-specific risks are disclosed in the iBTCY Risk Factors document, which forms part of the Subscription Agreement with SD Global Capital Limited.

This Platform Risk Disclosure addresses risks relating to the Platform's technology and operations only. Investment-specific risks relating to iBTCY and BTCY are described separately in the iBTCY Risk Factors and the Subscription Agreement with SD Global Capital Limited.
If there is any inconsistency between this Platform Risk Disclosure and any agreement governing your use of the Platform or any investment (including the Platform terms of use and the Subscription Agreement), the relevant agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except to the extent such terms are not enforceable under Applicable Law.
This Platform Risk Disclosure describes the technology and operational risks associated with using the Aarc Platform operated by Plexus Labs Pte. Ltd. By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.
The risks described below relate specifically to the Platform's technology infrastructure. They are separate from, and in addition to, the investment risks disclosed in the iBTCY Risk Factors document.
The risks described in this Platform Risk Disclosure may result in (among other things) loss of digital assets, loss of access to digital assets, delayed or failed transactions, incorrect pricing or displayed information, suspension or unavailability of Platform features, and other losses.
This Platform Risk Disclosure is not intended to identify every risk associated with the Platform, blockchain technology, or digital assets, and you should not rely on it as a comprehensive statement of all risks.
In this Platform Risk Disclosure:
"Aarc" refers to the product and branding associated with the Platform; Plexus is the operator of the Platform.
"Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, codes of practice, and binding directions that apply to Plexus and/or the Platform in connection with the collection, use, disclosure or processing of data and/or the provision of Platform services, as amended from time to time.
"Dashboard" means the web-based interface made available at app.aarc.xyz (or any successor URL).
