Plexus operates the Platform as a data controller for personal data processed through the Platform. Where we share personal data with SD Global Capital Limited (the "Issuer") in connection with onboarding, KYC/KYB and subscription/redemption workflows, the Issuer processes such data as an independent controller under its own policies and legal obligations. Where available, the Issuer's privacy policy will be provided during onboarding or upon request.
